2.3 Our resort is a place of body positivity and self-expression, where all guests are encouraged to respect each other’s choices regarding nudity or clothing.

Article 3. Respect and Etiquette
3.1 Always maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other guests and staff.
3.2 Avoid staring, making inappropriate comments, or engaging in any behavior that could be considered intrusive or disrespectful.
3.3 We encourage a culture of respect and consent. Please refrain from making unsolicited comments or gestures that may make others uncomfortable.
3.4 Protect the privacy of your fellow guests by obtaining their explicit consent before taking photographs or recording any part of our resort.

Article 4. Hygiene and Personal Care
4.1 Use towels or a personal seat cover when sitting on any shared furniture in public areas.
4.2 Maintaining cleanliness is essential for the health and comfort of all guests. Please use towels or personal seat covers provided in common areas to help keep shared furniture hygienic.
4.3 Always use appropriate hygiene practices and shower before entering common areas.
4.4 As a courtesy to others, place a towel on any seating before use to help keep common areas clean.

Article 5. Appropriate Dress Code
5.1 While the resort is clothing-optional, suitable attire, such as cover-ups or casual resort wear, should be wor when moving through non-nudist areas.

Article 6. Smoking Policy
6.1 Smoking is prohibited in the suites and in public areas. Guests are allowed to smoke on their own balcony or terrace.

Article 7. Check-In and Check-Out:
7.1 Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
7.2 Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Article 8. Payment and Fees:
8.1 All major credit cards are accepted for payment.
8.2 A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
8.3 Upon check-in, we may pre-authorize your credit card for incidental charges.

10.2 Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without a refund.

or stolen items.
11.2 For added security, please use the in-room safe provided to safeguard your valuables.

Article 12. Housekeeping Services
12.1 Daily housekeeping services are provided to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
12.2 Towels and linens are changed regularly.
12.3 Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request

13.2 Any damage to resort property or amenities will be charged to the guest responsible.

Article 15. Pool Rules
15.1 Take a refreshing dip or soak in the sun at any time of day or night. Our pool is open around the clock for your enjoyment.
15.2 While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, please be aware that the use of the pool is at your own risk. We provide a beautiful pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. However, it’s important to remember that swimming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of drowning, slips, and falls. To minimize these risks, we kindly ask that you follow posted safety guideline and exercise caution.
15.3 Lifeguards are not present on the premises, and it is the responsibility of all guests to be vigilant and responsible for their safety and the safety of their companions. Please refrain from engaging in any risky or hazardous behavior while using the pool.
15.4 By using the pool, you acknowledge that the resort, its management, and staff are not responsible for any accidents,
injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay, including those related to pool use. We strongly recommend that all
guests be familiar with basic water safety and swimming skills.
15.5 Feel free to bring your favorite pool toys and floatation devices to enhance your pool experience. While personal items are allowed, please be mindful of other guests and ensure they do not disrupt their enjoyment.

Article 16. Wi-Fi and Internet Access
16.1 Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, available in all resort areas. Whether you’re in your suite or in our common spaces, you can enjoy seamless internet access.
16.2 The Wi-Fi access code can be obtained at the front desk during check-in.
16.3 Please be considerate of other guests when using Wi-fi for streaming, gaming, or large downloads. Avoid excessive
bandwidth usage, especially during peak hours, to ensure a smooth online experience for all.
16.4 The resort reserves the right to restrict access or usage in case of misuse or excessive bandwidth consumption.
