Introduction
Lagun Sunset Resort is an adults-only, clothing-optional (nudist) resort designed for guests seeking peace, freedom, and a respectful naturist environment.
We are not a swingers resort. Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in all public and shared areas, including terraces, pathways, pool areas, and common spaces. Our goal is to provide a serene and liberating atmosphere where all guests feel safe, respected, and comfortable.

1. Adults-Only Policy
1.1 The resort is exclusively for guests aged 18 years and older.
1.2 This policy supports a tranquil environment and ensures the privacy and comfort of all guests.

2. Nudist Lifestyle
2.1 Lagun Sunset Resort is a clothing-optional naturist resort; guests may choose to be nude at any time.
2.2 We encourage body positivity, self-expression, and respect for individual comfort levels.
2.3 Please do not engage in sexual or explicitly intimate behavior in any public or shared area.

3. Respect & Etiquette
3.1 Treat all guests and staff with courtesy and respect.
3.2 Avoid staring, inappropriate comments, or intrusive behavior.
3.3 Consent is essential — do not make unsolicited gestures or remarks.
3.4 Photography or recording of guests is prohibited without explicit permission.

4. Hygiene & Personal Care
4.1 Always place a towel on furniture or seating before sitting, indoors or outdoors.
4.2 Maintain good hygiene and shower before using shared areas such as the pool.

5. Dress Code
5.1 Clothing-optional throughout the resort.

6. Smoking Policy
6.1 Smoking is prohibited inside suites and indoor public spaces.
6.2 Smoking is allowed only on your private balcony/terrace and designated outdoor areas, including the pool terrace (with consideration for others).

7. Check-In & Check-Out
7.1 Check-in: 15:00–20:00 (later arrivals only by prior arrangement)
7.2 Check-out: 11:00 AM

8. Payment & Fees
8.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
8.2 A physical card is required; mobile phone payments are not supported.

9. Room Allocation
9.1 Room assignments are based on availability and may change if necessary.
9.2 We do our best to honor special requests, but cannot guarantee them.

10. Noise & Disturbance
10.1 Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere in all suites and public spaces.
10.2 Quiet hours begin at 22:00.
10.3 Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the resort without refund.

11. Lost or Stolen Items
11.1 The resort is not liable for lost or stolen items.
11.2 Use the in-room safe to protect your valuables.

12. Housekeeping Services
12.1 Housekeeping is provided twice per week.

12.2 Towels are replaced twice per week, and bed linens once per week.
12.3 Additional cleaning or towel changes can be arranged upon request.

13. Resort Amenities
13.1 Guests may use all amenities responsibly and according to posted guidelines.
13.2 Any damage to resort property will be charged to the responsible guest.

14. Visitors
14.1 Only registered guests may enter suites and resort facilities.
14.2 Visitors must register at reception and comply with all resort policies.

15. Pool Rules
15.1 The pool is open 24 hours a day for guest enjoyment.
15.2 No lifeguard is on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.
15.3 Sexual activity in or around the pool is strictly prohibited.
15.4 No glassware is allowed in or around the pool area.
15.5 Guests may use personal flotation devices and pool accessories, provided they respect others’ space.

16. Wi-Fi & Internet Access
16.1 Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
16.2 Access codes are provided at check-in.
16.3 Please avoid heavy bandwidth usage during peak hours.
16.4 Misuse may result in restricted access.

17. Guest Consent
17.1 By staying at Lagun Sunset Resort, guests agree to follow all resort rules.
17.2 These guidelines help us maintain a respectful, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
